• Discounted or sale items
• Used or damaged products
• Color variation due to screen resolution
• Minor thread pulls or finishing issues common in handcrafted products
• Damage caused after use or washing

4. Refunds

After inspection of the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
