• "Products" — sarees, ethnic wear, and related traditional attire or items we offer for sale.
• "Order" — a request you submit to purchase Products from our store.

3. Eligibility & use of the Website

By using the Website, you confirm that:

4. Products & accuracy

We make every effort to display our Products accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

• Many of our Products are handcrafted; minor variations in colour, print, weave, and finish are natural, expected, and celebrate the authentic craftsmanship. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
• Product availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, images, or pricing at any time, even after an order is placed (see Section 6).

5. Orders & acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it and dispatch the Products (or send a dispatch confirmation). Until then, no binding contract exists.
• We may decline or cancel any order — including for reasons of stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or failure of payment — and will refund any amount already paid.

6. Pricing & payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping and any COD charges are clearly shown at checkout.
• We accept payments through secure, authorised payment gateways (including Cashfree Payments, UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking) and, where offered, Cash on Delivery (COD).
• We do not store your full card or banking details; these are handled securely and directly by our third-party payment partners.
• If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is not successfully received or is later reversed.

7. Coupons, offers & promotions

• Coupons, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, validity periods, and eligibility, and cannot be clubbed unless expressly stated by us.
• We may modify or withdraw any offer at any time. Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. While we work to dispatch and deliver promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, regional restrictions, or other events beyond our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

9. Returns, exchanges & refunds

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

All content on this Website — including text, product images, photographs, logos, graphics, designs, and the "Rang Rajasthani Store" name and branding — is the property of Rang Rajasthani Store (or used under licence) and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws. Handcrafted Products carry natural variations as described in our store guidelines, which do not constitute manufacturing defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rang Rajasthani Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Products. In all cases, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rang Rajasthani Store, its partners, and staff from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, strikes, courier delays, or internet/utility outages.

20. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws (which may allow you to approach a consumer forum where you reside), you explicitly agree that any legal proceedings or suits arising out of a dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sujangarh, Churu District, Rajasthan only.
