• The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• A clear unboxing video or images may be required to verify the issue.
  

🔄 Replacements (7 Days)

• We offer a 7-day replacement for:
• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged items
• Incorrect product received
• Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Replacement will be processed after quality verification.

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

• No return or replacement for:
• Color variation due to screen resolution
• Minor thread pulls or finishing issues
• common in handcrafted products
  Damage caused after use or washing
• Sale / discounted products are not eligible, unless received damaged or defective.
