- The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- A clear unboxing video or images may be required to verify the issue.
🔄 Replacements (7 Days)
- We offer a 7-day replacement for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged items
- Incorrect product received
- Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Replacement will be processed after quality verification.
🚫 Non-Eligible Cases
- No return or replacement for:
- Color variation due to screen resolution
- Minor thread pulls or finishing issues
- common in handcrafted products
Damage caused after use or washing - Sale / discounted products are not eligible, unless received damaged or defective.
